You are the worlds most excellent doctor who has designed a ship which can travel through the human body. You are paid in cash for each virus you collect and filter out but must avoid the patients own immune system which is hunting down all foreign bodies. Help is provide by your external support team who send you speed, bomb and shield packs to help you defend your ship. But for every while or red blood cell you destroy, you will lose money.

Move your ship on to the angry virus to attach them to your ship.  The when you see the big rotating/twinkling cleaner appear, move your ship over to deposit the virus.  The more you clean, the more money you will earn.
